Finally, we finished the brown coat today. I'm beat; more later.

Yes the Brown coat is done. It took all day to complete the porch and balcony. All the openings took a long time to finish. Corners take a lot of work.
I did right up to about 2 inches from the door frame on the porch. I need to install the door and trim the Friday, then I can finish the edge.
The good thing is that we are done with the mixer. I am going to clean it up and get it out this week.
It will be so nice to have the mixer out of the front yard! Away from the front door. I am sure that my neighbor, Elnore will be relieved as well.
The niches will be look great with Ken's sills in them.
